Frank's Demi Glace, also know as 'Black Gold', will bring unparalled depth of flavour to your steak, duck, or pork and can also be used to enrich other sauces or soups. We have created this legendary sauce with a dark, shiny finish as to be expected from traditional French cuisine.

All of our Ready-to-Eat meals are created at our OMAFRA-certified, provincially inspected central kitchen in Newmarket. Ingredients entering this facility are fully traceable and accounted for.
