Our 100% grass-fed bison is ground on-site at our OMAFRA Certified plant under the strictest conditions. This 80/20 blend is excellent for burgers or meatballs. Our bison are grass-fed, so you can expect a similar experience to beef and a lot of protein. Unlike our fresh cuts of meats, our grinds are shipped to you frozen to maintain freshness and consistency!

Our fully trained and certified butcher proudly selects and creates each cut fresh for your order, ensuring the finest quality.
