To make great cider, you need more than simply the best apples. Filsinger takes special care to make their cider the old-fashioned way, creating their special blend using whole apples of several varieties that they grow on their farm.
They never use preservatives or additives of any kind and they leave their cider unfiltered for an amazing “fresh pressed” flavour.
