Description

This applewood double smoked Cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months and traditionally smoked over applewood. It has a firm, smooth, slightly velvety texture. It has a delicately salty taste and strong smoky flavour, which is followed by a nutty, buttery finish.

Enjoy it on its own or use it to add an extra-special touch to hot, baked and grilled recipes.
